We’re looking for a Product Lead who’ll work closely with our founders and engineering teams to define product strategy, design user experiences, and drive execution for high-impact product launches. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform and ensuring every release brings measurable value to users.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmap initiatives aligned with user and business needs
- Effectively communicate complex ideas and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Work closely with engineering, design, and growth teams to build scalable product solutions
- Contribute to new product ideas and AI-led innovations across the platform
- Drive execution for product launches, features, and user experience improvements
🎯 Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a startup or product-driven environment
- Bachelors from IIT, NIT, or other top institutions
- Excellent understanding of product development, user needs, and market research
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Based in Bangalore and open to working from our HSR Layout office
