Role Overview
Lead the product function for an enterprise conversational BI platform that enables natural language querying across SAP and enterprise data systems.
Own product strategy, roadmap, customer discovery, and product execution from early-stage deployments to enterprise-scale adoption. Partner closely with Engineering and GTM leadership to align product direction with technical feasibility and market demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, positioning, ICP, and competitive differentiation
- Own roadmap planning, prioritization, release sequencing, and scope management
- Drive PRDs, feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and design collaboration
- Conduct customer discovery, requirements gathering, and feedback synthesis
- Lead compliance and certification initiatives including SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Build and scale the product organization across PMs, designers, and technical writers
Required Experience
- 5+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in product leadership
- Experience building enterprise B2B SaaS products in data, analytics, BI, or platform domains
- Proven experience scaling products from early-stage to enterprise adoption
- Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical trade-offs and execution planning
Preferred Experience
- Background in BI, analytics, developer tools, or data platform products
- Familiarity with conversational AI, LLM-based products, or NL interfaces
- Experience with enterprise compliance and procurement workflows
- Domain exposure to banking or healthcare industries
