Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Product Intern. The intern will work collaboratively with the Product team to understand customer needs, gather and analyze user feedback, assist in the development of product strategies, and support ongoing product enhancements. Additional responsibilities include facilitating effective communication between teams, aiding customer success efforts, and exploring new opportunities for product improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in market research, using SaaS tools, using AI, savvy about online business and marketing.
- Ability to understand what is good and bad about a design / user experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and the ability to engage with diverse teams
- Customer service experience, including understanding customer pain points and offering valuable resolutions
- Knowledge of sales fundamentals and techniques is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and dynamic remote work environment
- Interest or experience in tech products and SaaS companies is an advantage
