Product Intern – AI & Workflow Systems

Vetifi is building AI-powered systems to simplify veterinary workflows and reduce medical errors in pet and farm care. We are looking for a Product Intern who can take ownership of AI workflow design, documentation, and cross-team execution.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with founders and build real product systems in an early-stage startup.

Vetifi is focused on supporting veterinarians through technology — improving safety, reducing underdose and overdose risks, and creating structured digital workflows for better animal healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage AI-driven workflows (LLM agents, automation systems, structured medical flows)
- Convert product ideas into clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Coordinate between design, tech, and AI teams to ensure smooth execution
- Break down features into development-ready tasks and sprint plans
- Ensure proper documentation of product logic, APIs, edge cases, and updates
- Work directly with founders on product strategy and roadmap planning
- Optimize user experience for veterinarians and clinic staff
- Ensure structured and scalable product processes
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of AI systems (LLMs, Agentic AI, automation tools)
- Ability to think in workflows and structured systems
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ownership mindset and execution focus
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and product thinking
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Preferred:
- Technical or engineering background
- Experience working with AI or health-tech products
- Prior startup exposure
