Job Description: -
❖ API Integrations: Guiding clients through the process of integrating with Happay's APIs.
This includes providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful implementation.
❖ Data Transformation: In some cases, you'll need to develop data transformation logic using Python on AWS Lambda to map and convert data between client systems and Happay.
❖ Client Communication: Working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure a positive integration experience.
❖ Documentation: Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of integration processes and solutions.
❖ Collaboration: Working effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering) to resolve integration challenges and improve our offerings.
Required Skills: -
❖ Solid understanding of APIs (RESTful APIs in particular) and how they work.
❖ Experience with data formats like JSON and XML and their application in REST protocols and methods (POST/PUT etc.)
❖ Basic understanding of programming concepts, accounting concepts and file
handing experience in .CSV and Excel.
❖ Working knowledge of Python, with knowledge of data structures like csv, JSON,
XML Working knowledge of file types like csv, fixed width, xml etc.
❖ Familiarity with AWS services (AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway) is advantageous.
❖ Functional understanding of ERP Systems and Integration connectors (Successfactors, SAP etc)
❖ ERP Systems - Successfactors, SAP etc
❖ HRMS - Successfactors, DarwinBox etc
❖ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand the large ERP ecosystems and troubleshoot integration issues.
❖ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
❖ Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
❖ Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing client needs.
Qualification & Experience: -
Graduate with 5 to 6 years of Experience in same profile.
