Purpose:
Product Head is responsible for defining, owning, and scaling UltraTech’s digital product and platform ecosystem across B2C (External & Internal) and B2B personas. The role provides strategic leadership to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation, and measurable business and monetization outcomes, while building a best‑in‑class product organization aligned to UltraTech’s long‑term business priorities.
Role Dimensions:
- Product portfolio: ~15–20 interconnected digital platforms and modules
- Scope: Pan-India, across multiple businesses and customer segments
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own an integrated enterprise‑wide digital product and platform vision across B2C and B2B ecosystems
- Translate enterprise and category priorities into annual execution roadmaps and a 3–5 year platform strategy
- Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle management with strong governance, prioritization, and delivery discipline
- Own and scale platform monetization models including subscriptions, transactions, lead generation, & data‑led revenue levers
- Deliver measurable business impact through cross‑sell, upsell, conversion, yield optimization, and digital revenue growth
- Lead AI‑led product innovation across personalization, predictive insights, and automation use cases
- Drive large‑scale adoption, engagement, and digital penetration across internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering tangible revenue outcomes while sustaining trust, experience, and adoption across low digital maturity segments
- Act as the single‑point leadership interface for senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Category, Zonal and Group businesses
Key Challenges & Context:
- Driving transformation from a largely offline, fragmented ecosystem to a unified, scalable phygital platform landscape
- Balancing long‑term platform bets with near‑term business priorities and ROI expectations
- Attracting, developing, and retaining high‑quality product talent in a competitive digital ecosystem
Expected Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation in traditional or complex business ecosystems & non-tech companies.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and ability to deliver measurable business impact
- Strong background in digital platforms, marketplaces, and monetization-led business models
- Experience managing sizeable teams with strong cross-functional partnerships
