Role Overview
This is a founder’s team role for professionals—MBA or non-MBA—who want a steep growth curve into product leadership. The role starts as Product Growth Lead or Growth Manager – Founder’s Office, with a path toward Product Business Lead (P&L responsibility) within three years.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product growth across D2C and B2B channels—build acquisition, adoption, and retention.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Manage B2B partner acquisition—identify partners, define trade terms, and scale partnerships.
- Lead D2C marketing initiatives—channels, messaging, content, website performance.
- Use data and experiments to identify growth levers and optimize campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with product, tech, and sales to align on execution.
- Build and maintain growth dashboards and KPI tracking systems.
- Support founders with strategic and special projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in any domain (startup or corporate).
- A self-driven, analytical individual with passion for growth and innovation.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking full ownership of outcomes.
- Strong interest in product and startup ecosystems.
- Recent MBA or non-MBA with demonstrated capability and drive.
Growth Path & KPIs
- Lead measurable customer and revenue growth (B2B + D2C).
- Deliver projects on time and execute growth playbooks quarterly.
- Develop readiness for P&L and product leadership responsibility.
