Hiring for a leading Media & Entertainment platform)
Location: Mumbai (Onsite)
Experience: 8–12 years
Compensation: ₹25–30 LPA
About the Role
We’re looking for a Head – Product & Growth to lead the vision, strategy, and scale of a fast-growing audio-first digital platform.
This role goes beyond feature building — you will shape a habit-forming entertainment ecosystem that users engage with daily.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy
- Translate business goals into clear product decisions & priorities
- Build a cohesive product ecosystem, not fragmented features
UX, Design & Experience
- Drive end-to-end user experience
- Ensure intuitive, habit-forming journeys
- Optimize flows based on data, drop-offs, and user behavior
Technology & Platform Understanding
- Collaborate with tech teams on feasibility & integrations
- Work on AI tools, analytics frameworks, and tracking systems
Growth & Scaling
- Own the full funnel: Acquisition → Retention → Monetisation
- Scale DAUs, MAUs, engagement, and retention metrics
- Optimize CPI, CAC, and LTV
Analytics & Decision Making
- Build a data-driven culture
- Lead dashboards, cohort analysis, and performance tracking
- Convert insights into clear product actions
Cross-functional Leadership
- Align Content, Tech, Design, and Marketing
- Drive execution with clear KPIs and timelines
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Audio OTT / Storytelling platforms (mandatory)
- Proven end-to-end product ownership
- Strong understanding of:
- UX & behavioral design
- Consumer tech platforms
- Growth metrics & analytics
- Experience scaling engagement-heavy consumer apps
Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must have worked with audio/content platforms such as storytelling, podcasting, or similar consumer engagement apps.
