About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Product Growth Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales, admissions counselling, or inside sales, with a strong preference for professionals who have experience selling AI and technology-related courses.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective learners and guide them through the admission process.
- Convert qualified inbound leads into successful enrolments.
- Understand learners’ career goals and recommend suitable AI and technology programs.
- Explain course structures, program benefits, and career opportunities to prospective learners.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner experience.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counselling, inside sales, or a related field.
- Experience selling AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Analytics, or other technology-related courses is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle leads effectively and convert prospects into enrolments.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and emerging technologies.
