Superteams.ai is building AI-enabled, data-centric workflows for enterprises, deeply integrating emerging AI technologies into business operations.
We are looking for a Gurgaon-based Freelance Product Designer with 3–5 years of industry experience and a strong portfolio of enterprise SaaS or data-driven designs. This role requires not just strong Figma skills, but also an ability to create scalable design patterns, design systems, and translate complex AI workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to demonstrate design concepts and user flows of a FinTech domain SaaS app.
- Develop and evolve design systems and reusable design patterns adhering to responsive principles.
- Work closely with founders to ensure accurate implementation of designs based on the platform concept.
- Translate complex, financial AI workflows into intuitive and elegant user experiences - web and mobile.
- Design illustrations, flowcharts, and infographics to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, with emphasis on enterprise SaaS, dashboards, or data-driven workflows.
- Superb proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, component systems) and complementary tools.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining design systems and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to balance user needs with business goals.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills — comfortable working with founders and ability to translate their ideas into coherent designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Application ProcessNote - this is a freelance role, and you will be working on a cutting-edge financial AI platform design.
Also, we need you to meet at least twice a week, sometimes in person (in Gurgaon) - so preference would be given to Gurgaon based candidates.
We are open to paying competitive rates, but you would need to deliver with steady cadence.
