Job details:
Experience: 3–6 years in product implementation, customer success, product research, or
school engagement roles. Experience working with schools or educational SaaS platforms is
strongly preferred.
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Chennai (Travel required to customer schools: 5 – 7 days per month)

Responsibilities
· Act as the Product Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal support teams and customers.
· Design and administer surveys to gather high-level insights from stakeholders.
· Conduct field visits to study product usage across school stakeholders, identifying usability
gaps and behavioural patterns.
· Synthesise field observations and feedback into clear insight reports for the product and
development teams.
· Collaborate closely with the product, tech, and training teams to ensure feedback translates
into measurable product improvements.
· Conduct virtual and in-person product demos, and onboarding sessions for schools.
· Track patterns in adoption, usage challenges, and school-level engagement; recommend
strategies to improve product effectiveness/implementation.
