Key Responsibilities
- Source and select vendors for medical and healthcare products through market research, supplier assessment, and negotiation.
- Evaluate and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely supply.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, and resolve supply issues.
- Process and track purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, trading, manufacturing, and logistics teams for order fulfilment and inventory optimization.
- Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and payment schedules.
- Conduct cost analysis, market studies, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Prepare procurement reports and recommendations for management.
