Job Title: Product Executive – Travel (UK Process)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Executive to manage travel products for the UK market. The role involves handling bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and staying updated on major events, holidays, and seasonal trends in the UK to optimize travel offerings and customer experience.

Job Description:

• Manage UK travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages) end-to-end
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors
• Handle customer queries, changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Maintain product pricing, availability, and accuracy
• Stay updated on UK travel trends and major events like Wimbledon Championships and Notting Hill Carnival
• Plan and support event-based travel demand and peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Easter)
• Ensure high service quality, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction

Events & Market Awareness

• Stay updated on major UK events such as:
• Wimbledon Championships
• Notting Hill Carnival
• Edinburgh Festival Fringe
• Premier League matches
• Track public holidays like Christmas and Easter for demand spikes
• Anticipate pricing and availability fluctuations during peak travel periods
• Suggest promotional strategies and travel bundles aligned with events 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel/Hospitality preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in travel operations (UK process preferred)
• Good understanding of UK geography and travel patterns
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
