About the Role
The Product Executive will be responsible for the development, collaboration, implementation, and accountability of strategic and operational plans to drive brand performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead assignments to support overall business unit goals
- Develop marketing and promotional plans aligned with consumer needs
- Create business plans and market strategies for assigned products
- Monitor business performance through regular tracking and analysis
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies through sales coordination
- Develop brand plans, strategies, and conduct competitor analysis
- Gather market intelligence through research and customer interaction
- Plan and ensure timely delivery of promotional inputs
- Identify opportunities for market share growth
- Guide and motivate the field sales team for optimal performance
- Conduct meetings, product launches, and training sessions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for execution
Qualifications

Preferred Skills
