Role Overview:
• Manage the Reminder Mail System and Connect Platform
• Monitor product performance and improve user experience
• Work on AI-based personalization and enhancements
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily performance of reminder emails and systems
• Ensure reliability, accuracy, and timely delivery
• Identify gaps in user workflows and improve usability
• Analyze user data, feedback, and engagement metrics
• Support AI-driven features such as personalization and recommendations
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Ensure smooth functioning with minimal downtime
Skills and Experience:
• 1+ year experience in product management or a related role
• Freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply
• Basic knowledge of email systems or data workflows is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Comfortable using digital tools, dashboards, and applications
