Role Description
This is B2B sales role to onboard Gynaecologists and other women's healthcare providers on Gynexa. It's a remote, target-driven and revenue-sharing compensation structure.
The primary responsibilities include promoting and demonstrating the value of Gynexa’s AI-powered platform to potential clients (primarily Gynaecologists), collaborating with them to tailor solutions, generating sales opportunities, closing sales deals, and maintaining strong relationships to sustain product use. The role involves a combination of product advocacy, market engagement, sales strategies, and collaboration with internal teams to identify growth opportunities.
Immediate joining is possible. Must be willing to work on a sales-based incentive structure.
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong interest and understanding of AI-powered healthtech solutions that assist clinicians
- Strong sales and marketing intent and expertise to engage specialist doctors (obstetricians and gynaecologists)
- Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Experience in Product Management and Product Marketing to effectively convey the value and benefits of Gynexa's doctor-facing platform.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competing products, performance metrics, and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and flexible environment.
- An educational background in Medical/related fields, plus Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Digital health, is preferred.
