Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Engineer located in Bengaluru. We are looking for a product-oriented Full Stack Engineer who can independently design, build, and ship features across the stack. You will work closely with product and leadership to build and scale AI-powered productivity tools.
Below are the core responsibilities:
A) Product Development
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and APIs
- Design scalable backend modules and services
- Develop dashboards, admin panels, and user-facing product interfaces
- Implement conversational and AI-driven features
- Backend & Integrations
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services
- Integrate external services including payment systems
- Build data pipelines, transformers, and automation workflows
B) DevOps & Infrastructure
- Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and debug production issues
- Maintain infrastructure for bots and backend services
C) Payments & Monetization
- Ability to work with subscription flows and billing integrations
- Configure and maintain payment systems such as Stripe or Razorpay
D) Multi-Product Platform Development
- Contribute to multiple products across the company’s AI product suite
- Build reusable components and shared services across products
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in full-stack development
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js or similar)
- Experience building backend APIs (Node.js / Python / similar)
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
- Comfortable debugging production issues independently
- Ability to own features end-to-end with minimal supervision
- DevOps experience (Docker, cloud infrastructure)
- Experience building AI-powered product features
- Payment integration experience (Stripe, Razorpay)
- Experience with mobile app development
- Startup or fast-moving product environment experience
- Ability to ship fast with AI
- Claude Code proficiency to deliver high-quality and secure code
