Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Delhi, India, for a Product Engineer. The Product Engineer will be responsible for developing, designing, and improving innovative products, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include prototyping, conducting tests, optimizing materials selection, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting issues during production. The role requires close collaboration with manufacturing and design teams to bring concepts to life in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in product design, development, and prototyping methods
- Strong skills in engineering analysis, material selection, and safety standards compliance
- Experience working with manufacturing processes and collaborating with production teams
- Ability to use CAD software and similar design tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality control processes is an advantage
- Experience in furniture or children's product design is a plus
