Product Engineer – Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹5–6 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Acelion Energy Storage Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Product Engineer with hands-on experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Solar PV integration.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and integration of Solar + BESS solutions
* Battery sizing, BMS configuration, and EMS/SCADA integration
* AC/DC coupled system engineering and commissioning
* Performance monitoring and optimization
* Vendor coordination, technical documentation, and compliance
* Customer technical support and site execution
Required Qualifications
* B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Power Systems
* 3–5 years of experience in Solar PV + BESS projects
* Hands-on expertise in Lithium-Ion battery systems (LFP/NMC)
* Experience with hybrid inverters, SCADA/EMS platforms, and commissioning
* Familiarity with PVsyst, HOMER Pro, AutoCAD, ETAP/DIgSILENT preferred
* Knowledge of IEC/CEA/MNRE standards and grid compliance
