As we enter our next phase of scale, we’re looking for a transformational product leader to help shape and execute our long-term platform vision.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Product to define and drive Dentira’s product strategy, execution and AI innovation across the platform. This role will report into the CPO/CEO and lead product vision, roadmap execution, define the next generation of AI-powered commerce infrastructure, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
This is a highly visible responsible for accelerating growth, strengthening platform capabilities, embedding AI as a core competitive advantage, launching products in new healthcare verticals, and building a world-class product organization.
What You Will’ll Own
Product Strategy & AI Vision
- Define Dentira’s multi-year product strategy, including AI-driven automation and intelligence
- Identify high-impact AI use cases (predictive spend insights, workflow automation, pricing intelligence, fraud detection, AP optimization, etc.)
- Ensure AI initiatives drive measurable ROI for customers
Execution & Delivery
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to deliver AI-powered capabilities responsibly and effectively
- Establish strong product metrics tied to adoption, automation rates, and revenue impact
Customer & Market Leadership
- Build and scale a world-class product organization, including AI-focused product managers
- Implement structured product processes appropriate for a 100+ employee scaling company
- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
Team Building & Leadership

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years in leadership
- Experience scaling B2B SaaS platforms in a growth-stage environments
- Strong background in AI-enabled products, data platforms, fintech, payments, procurement, and marketplaces
- Experience launching AI/ML-driven features with measurable business outcomes
- Ability to balance innovation with compliance, governance, and data security
- Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing product teams
- Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capability
