Job Description:
We are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented Executive – Product Development to join our New Product Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of plastic additives, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to engage directly with customers for research and business development purposes.
Develop and evaluate new products involving plastic additives and polymer formulations
Conduct customer visits to understand technical requirements, gather feedback, and support product positioning
Carry out customer and market research to identify new product opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams on product trials, testing, and documentation
Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal review and customer interactions
Stay updated on industry trends, raw material developments, and competitor products
Can visit customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. in Plastics, Polymer Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
1–4 years of relevant experience in product development or technical sales
Strong knowledge of plastic additives, compounding, or polymer processing
High analytical and problem-solving ability
Willingness to travel for customer visits and field research
Good communication skills – written and verbal
