Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Udaipur for a Product Development Specialist (Ayurvedic Science and Cosmetics). The primary responsibilities include developing and managing new Ayurvedic products according to the market trends, and collaborating with the research and development (R&D) team. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and creating strategies for product improvement and innovation. Strong communication and organisational skills are required to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify trends and assess product feasibility
- Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration across teams and presenting findings clearly
- Detail-oriented and capable of implementing innovative strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Ayurvedic Studies, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Ayurvedic industry and its principles is an advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
