Product Development & Production Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, passionate, and fashion-driven Product Development & Production Coordinator to work closely with the founder and help manage the day-to-day execution of collections and production. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion, understands luxury aesthetics, enjoys working across creative and operational functions, and wants to grow with an emerging high-end brand.
Qualification & Experience:
· Graduate in Fashion design, fashion management, or related education.
· 1–4 years of experience preferred; exceptional fresh graduates may also apply.
Soft Skills:
· Passionate about fashion and craftsmanship.
· Aesthetic sensitivity aligned with contemporary luxury brands.
· Calm under pressure and highly dependable.
· Eager to learn and grow with the brand.
· Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
AI & Digital Skills:
· Use ChatGPT and AI tools for research, workflow organization, documentation, production planning, communication support, operational efficiency
· Comfortable learning and adapting to new digital tools and systems.
Job Description:
Production & Tailoring Coordination
• Coordinate daily production activities across sampling and final garment production.
• Follow up closely with tailors, karigars, merchandisers, pattern masters, and finishing teams.
• Ensure timelines, fittings, and quality standards are maintained.
• Help manage fittings, corrections, garment finishing, and overall execution.
• Track progress of styles from development to final production.
Tech Packs & Product Development
· Create and maintain tech packs for all styles including measurements, garment specifications, embroidery placements, trims and accessories, fabric details, finishing instructions.
· Organize style-wise documentation and production updates.
· Assist in translating design ideas into technically executable garments.
Inventory & Operations
· Maintain inventory records for fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging, and finished garments.
· Track stock movement and maintain organized records.
· Create and update Google Sheets and Excel trackers for production timelines, sampling status, inventory, sourcing, costing, vendor follow-ups.
· Help improve systems and workflow organization within the studio.
Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
· Source fabrics, linings, zippers, hooks, trims, buttons, embellishments, packaging materials, and garment accessories aligned with Ancora’s luxury positioning.
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and quality control.
· Research new materials, trims, and sourcing opportunities relevant to the brand aesthetic.
