Raceorbit® is looking for a detail-oriented Product Development & Production Coordinator to support our apparel and accessories production.
This role is for someone who is organized, sharp with follow-ups, comfortable working with vendors, and able to keep every product moving from sampling to final dispatch.
You will work closely with the design, production, vendor, and QC teams to make sure every product is developed properly, tracked clearly, and delivered on time.
This is a hands-on coordination role. It requires daily follow-ups, strong documentation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product development from design brief to final production.
- Follow up with designers, pattern makers, sampling units, fabric vendors, printers, embroiderers, and production vendors.
- Track tech packs, fabrics, trims, patterns, strike-offs, PP samples, approvals, production status, QC, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain daily production trackers, job cards, sample records, pattern IDs, size charts, vendor details, and approval logs.
- Visit vendors, factories, and sampling units whenever required.
- Check samples and production pieces for basic quality, measurements, finishing, branding, trims, and packaging details.
- Ensure all approved samples, fabrics, trims, and references are properly stored and documented.
- Coordinate with the QC team before final dispatch.
- Update internal teams on delays, issues, approvals, and pending tasks.
- Support both B2B and B2C production requirements.
- Make sure every task is tracked clearly with deadlines and status updates.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel production, merchandising, product development, sampling, or garment manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of garments, fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, measurements, and finishing.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, factories, sampling units, or production teams.
- Ability to read and follow tech packs, size charts, and production instructions.
- Strong follow-up and task-tracking skills.
- Good Google Sheets/Excel skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with vendor visits and on-ground coordination.
- Organized, disciplined, and deadline-focused.
- Willing to learn and take ownership of daily production tasks.
