Job details:
This role is for someone who has worked hands-on in women's intimate wear or athleisure - designing, developing, fitting, sourcing, or merchandising bras, panties, shapewear, or activewear. If your background is in technology, software, IT, or digital product management, this role is not the right fit.
Company Description
Mysaé is a premium D2C women's brand redefining the first layer wardrobe for Indian women. We build intimate wear, athleisure, and silhouettes that feel as good as they look - rooted in Indian sensibility, designed for women who live actively and dress intentionally.
We are obsessive about product. Every stitch, every fabric choice, every fit decision matters. We're now looking for someone who feels the same way.
Who we are Looking For
A woman who has spent her career in fashion product - specifically intimate wear, lingerie, athleisure, or women's apparel. Someone who has sat in fit sessions, argued about back wing width, rejected a sample because the silicon gel placement was 2mm off, and knows exactly why Indian women need a completely different size chart than the rest of the world.
You may have worked at Blissclub, Enamor, Triumph, Amante, Jockey, Clovia, Zivame, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Bebe, or a similar brand or retailer. You understand the full product lifecycle - from trend research and fabric sourcing to tech pack, sampling, fit approval, and production sign-off.
You are not a coordinator. You have a strong point of view, you push back when something isn't right, and you take pride in building product that Indian women genuinely want to wear every day.
