Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Product Development Specialist to join our team on-site at our Mumbai location. The role involves conducting market research to identify opportunities and consumer trends, developing and managing new product concepts, collaborating closely with design and production teams, and ensuring product quality and alignment with the company's vision. The candidate will also analyze market feedback to refine products and assist with the development of strategies to gain a competitive advantage in the jewellery market.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, market feedback, and product performance.
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with designers, production teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) focusing on new product concepts and creative innovation.
- Solid understanding of Product Management principles to oversee end-to-end product design and development processes.
- Knowledge of jewellery design and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Design, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
