Job details:
10–15 years of overall IT / software development experience
5–7 years managing product development lifecycles in Agile environments
3+ years of people/team management experience
Strong experience leading cloud native application development (.NET , GCP exposure strongly desired)
Proven ability to manage end to end SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support)
Experience gathering and managing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Strong experience with Agile / Lean methodologies
Experience with project & service management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
Knowledge of version control systems (GitHub, Azure Repos)
Ability to manage application support, SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
