We are looking for a creative, market-driven, and commercially oriented Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative consumer products across Soft Toys, Gifting & Novelty Products, 3D-Printed Products, and Collectibles.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
- Identify and develop new product concepts aligned with market demand and business objectives.
- Lead the product development cycle from concept → design → prototype → sampling → production → launch.
- Work closely with design, sourcing, production, marketing, sales, and vendors to execute products successfully.
- Develop product specifications, coordinate prototypes, and manage sample approvals.
- Handle product costing, vendor coordination, timelines, quality, and commercial feasibility.
- Ensure products meet applicable quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.

✅ Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Product Development / NPD / Consumer Product Development.
- Hands-on experience in developing physical consumer products from concept to commercialization.
- Strong understanding of market research, product costing, sampling, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Good project management, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with strong understanding of product trends and customer preferences.
