🍬 Product Development Lead – Indian Sweets
📍 Bangalore | Immediate Joiners (within 1 month)
We’re hiring for an entrepreneurial, premium sweets & dessert brand. The ideal candidate blends deep Indian sweets expertise with organised product development and production experience.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Drive product R&D, recipe standardisation & commercial production
- Take concepts from trial → costing → SOP → launch
- Manage food cost, yields, wastage, shelf life & planning
- Lead & train kitchen/production teams
- Ensure flavour, texture, presentation & consistency
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 6–12 yrs in sweets, premium desserts, pastry, bakery or organised food production
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian sweets & modern dessert techniques
- Backgrounds: premium sweets brands, modern Indian dessert concepts, 5‑star pastry kitchens, large‑scale sweets facilities, premium bakeries, central kitchens
