Role Description The Product Development Executive role at Tekiart is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying new product opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to translate customer needs into product concepts. The Product Development Executive will work closely with R&D and design teams to refine product specifications, oversee prototyping, and support testing to ensure product quality and functionality. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with sales and marketing to gather feedback, preparing product documentation, tracking performance of existing products, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research and Development (R&D) skills to identify opportunities and support product innovation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trends, and make evidence-based product decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present product ideas clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales awareness and commercial understanding to align product features with customer and market needs.
- Experience in product development, manufacturing, or consumer goods is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and familiarity with product lifecycle concepts is advantageous.
