Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Associate based in Khanna. The role involves coordinating the entire product lifecycle, managing product development projects, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. You will analyze market trends, generate insights for product innovations, and assist in the execution of product strategies. Effective communication with cross-functional teams, documenting processes, and coordinating with vendors and engineers will also be part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management and hands-on experience with Product Development
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, trends, and performance metrics
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Ability to manage projects efficiently using Project Management principles
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Prior experience in the metal framing or cable management sectors is a plus
