Role Description
This is a project-based contract role (6 months, extendable) for a Product Development Associate, open to final-year CS students, recent graduates, or early-career developers based in or willing to work from Hyderabad. The role involves owning the build of a live digital product from MVP to V1 launch, writing and shipping backend and frontend code, and working directly alongside the founder. The Product Development Associate will take genuine ownership over how the product is built — not just execute tasks — and is expected to move fast using an AI-first approach to development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and backend API development, with hands-on experience building and testing REST APIs
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted relational databases, including schema design and query optimisation
- Experience integrating AI or LLM APIs — even in a personal or academic project — with deep curiosity about applied AI being non-negotiable
- Frontend basics: comfortable implementing responsive interfaces and clean API-to-UI data flows
- Strong version control discipline using Git, including branching, PRs, and commit hygiene
- Self-directed working style with a bias for shipping — communicates blockers early and owns outcomes
- Final-year B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field, or a recent graduate (2022–2025); a strong portfolio will be valued above credentials
