Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Developer role based in Delhi, India. The Product Developer will be responsible for conducting research and development (R&D) for new and innovative products, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with market demands. The role includes product conceptualization, refining processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining product quality standards within the field of food technology.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Product Development and Product Management
- Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and Food Technology
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration across teams
- Knowledge of agricultural markets and food systems is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field
- Problem-solving abilities combined with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and adapt to dynamic challenges
