Job description:
Product & UX Design Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff.
Design intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences for web and enterprise applications.
Translate business requirements and user needs into clear UX flows, user journeys, and interaction models.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
Ensure all designs align with product goals, usability standards, and accessibility best practices.
UI Design & Design Systems
Create high-quality UI designs, interactive prototypes, and visual assets using industry standard design tools and AI-enabled design tools.
Define, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation.
Review implemented UI and provide feedback to maintain design consistency and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers to shape product vision and roadmap from a design perspective.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure usability, feasibility, and quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions.
Mentorship & Leadership
Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, providing regular design feedback and career guidance.
Review junior designers’ work and help raise overall design standards across the organization.
Promote UX best practices and design thinking across teams.
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement of internal design processes where required.
Skills & Qualifications Required
5+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design & Motion Graphics.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving capabilities.
Expertise in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience working closely with developers and product teams in agile environments. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred
Experience in designing enterprise, B2B, or SaaS products.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience in creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
Prior experience mentoring or leading junior designers.
