Role Overview:
We are hiring a Product Designer / UI/UX Intern to work closely with the product, engineering, and founder teams to design clear, usable, and production-ready interfaces for real-world software and AI platforms.
This is a 6-month internship with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance, ownership, and design quality.
This is not a generic graphic design role this is product-focused UI/UX.
Beyond interface design, this role requires strong product ownership. You will be expected to think beyond screens understanding product goals, user flows, and real usage and take responsibility for clarity, usability, and consistency across the product experience.
What You’ll Do:
Design clean, functional UI for web and mobile products
Convert product requirements into wireframes and structured layouts
Create user flows, interaction patterns, and screen logic
Take ownership of end-to-end product flows, not just individual screens
Improve usability, clarity, and consistency across the product
Collaborate closely with product & engineering during implementation
Iterate designs based on feedback and real product usage
Maintain design consistency and component thinking
Think in terms of product outcomes and usability, not just visuals
Work on real production systems (not dummy projects)
What You Won’t Do:
No social media graphics
No marketing creatives
No branding-only work
No random design tasks unrelated to product
No motion-heavy / animation-first work
(This is strictly a product design role.)
Internship → Full-Time
During the 6-month internship, performance will be evaluated on:
UI clarity & usability
Structured thinking & problem-solving
Ownership & consistency
Ability to translate product ideas into usable design
Openness to feedback & iteration
Demonstrated product ownership and responsibility toward improving real product experience
High-performing interns will be offered a Full-Time Product Designer role.
Work Setup:
Location: Noida Sector 62 (On-site only)
Daily collaboration with product & engineering teams

Freshers with strong thinking and fundamentals are welcome.
