We’re looking for a
Product Designer who’s early in their journey but excited to take ownership, ship fast, and grow into a high-impact product thinker.
What You'll Do
As a Product Designer at
Rocketium:
- Own end-to-end design for key product features, from understanding user problems to shipping polished UI
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system by creating reusable components and improving consistency
- Work closely with PMs and engineers to translate product ideas into intuitive user experiences
- Develop a deep understanding of our users (marketers, designers, creative ops teams) and apply those insights to your work
- Balance attention to detail with speed, learning how to design for scale in a fast-moving environment
Who You Are
- Have 3-6 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX thinking
- Have experience working with or contributing to a design system
- Are comfortable taking ownership of features while seeking feedback and iterating quickly
- Think product-first and care about solving real user problems
- Collaborate well with engineers and PMs, and communicate your ideas clearly
- Are curious, open to feedback, and excited to grow fast

What Your First 30 Days Will Look Like

Week 1-2: Get your hands dirty, fast.
You’ll dive straight into Rocketium’s design ecosystem, reviewing our current
editor experience and identifying quick wins or usability gaps. You’ll also start fine-tuning our
AI-powered co-pilot, which plays a central role in how users interact with the platform.

Week 2-3: Start owning features.
You’ll begin owning specific feature areas, collaborating with PMs and engineers to design and ship improvements. Expect to move quickly from ideas to execution.
🧩
Week 3-4: Contribute to system thinking.
You’ll start contributing to our design system. Identifying inconsistencies, improving components, and learning how we scale design across the product.
By the end of your first month, you won’t just have figured out the product, you’ll already have your fingerprints on it.
