Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Designer based in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered products by focusing on crafting outstanding visual designs, conducting user research, and utilizing design thinking methodologies. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product experiences and delivering innovative solutions that meet user needs. While based in Bengaluru, the role offers flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
- 5- 9 yrs of experience
- Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design to develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to drive innovative and user-focused design solutions.
- Experience with UX Research to analyze user behavior and inform design decisions effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a hybrid work environment and familiarity with design tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
