Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer – Furniture role based in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will conceptualise, sketch, and develop furniture collections aligned with the brand language, combining aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability. They will translate design briefs into detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications for production, collaborating closely with designers and the production team. The role includes researching materials, finishes, ergonomics, and trends, as well as incorporating user and client feedback into iterative design improvements. Daily work also involves coordinating with local artisans and vendors, reviewing prototypes, ensuring quality standards, and supporting presentations and documentation for both domestic and international projects.

Offered Salary - 40,000 - 50,000 per month
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Product Design and Design Thinking, with the ability to take concepts from ideation to production-ready solutions.
- Proficiency in User Research and UX Research methods to understand client needs, usage contexts, and ergonomic requirements for furniture.
- Proven Visual Design skills, including proportion, form, colour, and material selection tailored to interior and hospitality environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with CAD/3D tools (Rhino, SolidWorks) and basic knowledge of technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of materials, joinery, and construction techniques in furniture, with an appreciation for craft and collaboration with artisans.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and marketing teams, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in furniture or interior product design, especially for residential or hospitality projects, is an advantage.
