We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. You will work closely with engineers, and various stakeholders to design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. You are required to work from office at Andheri East from Mon to Fri.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process: research → ideation → wireframing → prototyping → final UI
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define product requirements
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines
- Ensure consistency and usability across products
- Use data and insights to iterate and improve designs
- Stay updated with latest UX/UI trends and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2.5–4 years of experience in Product Design / UX-UI Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Figma (must have)
- Sketch
- Adobe XD
- Understanding of interaction design, visual design, and usability principles
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend constraints
Good to Have:
- Experience with design systems and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with analytics tools (like Google Analytics)
- Experience in A/B testing and data-driven design decisions

- Ability to balance creativity with business needs
