Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs, developing prototypes, and ensuring seamless user experiences. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting usability testing, and iterating on design solutions. The role involves working closely with engineers and product managers to bring design concepts to life and craft intuitive interfaces for trading and investing platforms.
Qualifications
- Expertise in UX/UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design principles
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong skills in visual design, typography, and creating design systems
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and creative thinking
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Knowledge of financial services or experience in the fintech industry is a plus
