About the Company
The client builds enterprise AI, data, and software solutions, establishing its India ODC as a direct extension of its global product and engineering teams.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Product Designer to research, design, and validate intuitive user interfaces
for enterprise AI platforms and financial products across Fintech, Investment Banking, Asset
Management, and Private Equity domains.
Must-Have AI Experience (Mandatory)
- AI/ML Product Design: Direct, hands-on experience designing user interfaces and interaction flows for AI/ML or Generative AI products (e.g., AI-assisted workflows, conversational interfaces, complex data visualizations, or model feedback loops). Candidates with only standard e-commerce or B2C web/app design experience will not be considered.
- Financial Services Context: Exposure to designing complex workflows, data-heavy dashboards, or transactional interfaces within Fintech, Investment Management, or Banking.
KRAs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to translate complex financial and AI workflows into simple, user-centered designs.
- Create low-to-high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototyping, and user journeys in Figma.
- Contribute to, maintain, and scale enterprise design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
- Define micro-interactions and interaction design standards for complex dashboard and analytics interfaces.
- Execute seamless developer handoff, preparing clean specs, design tokens, and assets for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, AI engineers, and design leads across India and UAE time zones.
