About the role
A versatile, AI-native designer to own how the company looks and feels across the board. One week you’re shaping the web app; the next you’re building the deck that closes a deal. They treat advanced AI design tools as part of the craft, not a gimmick, and we want someone who already works that way.
Roles & Responsibilities
→ Design and ship the web app and product UI, from rough wireframes to pixeltight, build-ready screens.
→ Hold a coherent design system and brand across product, web, and everything that carries the company name.
→ Make the graphics and collateral that drive marketing, sales, pitch decks, social, landing pages, and events.
→ Use advanced AI tools to move faster and produce more, without dropping the bar on craft.
→ Take work concept to final delivery with little hand-holding, partnering with product, engineering, and growth.
Requirements
· Hands-on graphic design range across digital and marketing collateral.
· Real fluency with advanced AI design tools as a daily habit.
· Strong command of Figma and the modern design toolkit.
· A sharp eye for type, layout, color, and hierarchy.
· Self-directed and quick in a startup. Fintech interest is a plus.
