Job Summary
We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer who can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving product environment and turn ideas into functional, testable product experiences. This role focuses on rapid prototyping, user validation, and iterative problem-solving.
You will work closely with product managers and engineers to build MVPs, gather real user insights, and continuously improve product outcomes through a structured, agile approach.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design & Prototyping
- Design and prototype MVPs for quick real-world validation
- Translate abstract ideas into interactive, testable designs
- Use tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, or similar platforms
- Ensure designs are practical, usable, and aligned with product goals
User Research & Validation
- Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions
- Apply research insights to improve product flows and UX
- Balance speed with usability, accessibility, and design quality
- Make decisions based on real user data, not assumptions
Collaboration & Agile Execution
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and iteration cycles
- Understand technical constraints and design feasible solutions
- Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders
Design Systems & Scalability
- Maintain and improve design systems and UI consistency
- Ensure scalable and reusable design components
- Support internal design process improvements
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to product decisions using design insights
- Support an MVP-first, experiment-driven culture
- Continuously iterate, refine, or remove features based on performance
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience is acceptable
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Design / UX Design
- Experience working on digital products or MVPs
- Familiarity with agile development environments
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills
- Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
- Experience with tools like Figma, FigJam, Sketch, Framer, Webflow
- Ability to create interactive and user-friendly prototypes
Research & Problem Solving
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Ability to convert insights into actionable design improvements
- Strong structured problem-solving approach
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly
