As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered experiences across a variety of digital projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, effective, and visually engaging solutions for clients in multiple industries. You will contribute to research, help define design direction, and play an active part in developing high-quality digital products within an innovative and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital projects.
- Ensure solutions align with user needs, responsive design standards, and business objectives.
- Work closely with developers for handoff and implementation.
Research & Strategy
- Conduct desk research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Participate in team brainstorming to shape new features or product strategies.
Communication
- Present and articulate design concepts to teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine requirements.
Ownership
- Maintain consistency across all designs while following brand guidelines.
- Involve usability testing where necessary.
Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between design and other departments.
- Use data-driven insights alongside design concepts to inform decision-making.
Requirements
Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UX, or UI roles, with a focus on digital projects.
Portfolio
- Strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive interface and user-centered design work.
Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development is a plus, not mandatory.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate across disciplines and influence stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Design exercise: completed either as a take-home task (given with a deadline) or as a live exercise during the interview, candidates can choose their preferred format
- Leadership Round (45 mins): Strategic discussion regarding vision, capabilities, and the future of UX at Razornext.
- Selection: Offer rollout and negotiation upon successful completion of rounds.
