We're looking for a Product Designer to join our Bengaluru office full-time. You'll own the design end-to-end, from understanding user problems to shipping polished experiences, working directly with the founding team at the intersection of AI and learning.
Responsibilities
- Shape the end-to-end user experience across our platform from research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and handoff.
- Deeply understand our users and advocate for their needs in every product decision.
- Use AI-powered design tools to move fast without compromising quality.
- Get hands-on with front-end code when needed to fine-tune interactions and experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the founders to define not just how things look but also why they exist.
- Contribute to content and messaging across the product when the moment calls for it.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that shows strong design thinking, not just visual execution.
- A genuine user advocate, you dig into user problems before jumping to solutions.
- Fluent with AI tools for design workflows (e. g., Figma AI, Galileo, Midjourney, or similar).
- Comfortable reading and tweaking front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) to get experiences just right.
- Someone who cares equally about the "why" and the "how" you think in systems, not just screens.
- Strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Bonus Points
- Prior startup experience, you know what it's like to wear multiple hats.
- Content writing chops, you can craft clear, compelling product copy.
- Experience with content or digital marketing.
- A side project, case study, or redesign you're proud of and can walk us through.
