Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong balance of creative thinking, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design
- Translate business and product requirements into user-friendly and visually appealing design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and evolving product needs
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and reusable components
- Ensure consistency and quality across all product interfaces
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects and problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
