Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer based in Bengaluru. The Product Designer will focus on creating user-centered designs, conducting user research, and implementing effective visual design principles. Responsibilities include designing intuitive product interfaces, executing user experience research methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable designs. The role also involves refining design prototypes and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design to craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research for problem-solving and understanding user needs
- Strong foundation in UX Research and the ability to translate findings into impactful design decisions
- Keen attention to detail with an understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsiveness in design
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in designing for AI-based platforms is a plus
