About GoReach
GoReach is a wealth companion for people in India. We're built for people with real money and real goals who don't have the time, or the confidence, to stay on top of either. Today they juggle a dozen apps, endless alerts and finfluencer noise, and very little of it helps them decide anything.
We're building something calmer. Every GoReach user gets three things:
• Signal over noise: only the few things that need their attention right now, and nothing else
• An AI companion: one that understands their portfolio and is there whenever a question or a worry comes up
• A named expert: a real person who knows their situation and can weigh in on their portfolio
These three ideas are the whole product. Everything we design and build has to make them feel true.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own how GoReach looks, feels and reads. People are trusting us with their financial lives, so every screen, word and interaction has to earn that trust. You'll work across the whole app, from the first five minutes to the moments a user talks to their expert, and you'll have a real say in what we build, not just how it looks.
What you'll do
• Own the design of the GoReach app end to end, from first open to everyday use
• Design how the AI companion and the named expert work together: what the AI says, when it speaks up, and when it hands over to a person
• Turn signal over noise into a working design system: what we show, what we hold back, and why
• Make regulated steps like KYC, risk profiling and disclosures feel simple and trustworthy
• Write the words as carefully as you design the screens, because in this product copy is half the design
• Talk to users and experts regularly, and test ideas early with prototypes rather than polish
You'll fit if you
• Have 3+ years in product design, with mobile products you've shipped and can show us
• Have worked in fintech or another category where trust matters, like health or insurance
• Question the brief before you execute it, and can explain your reasoning to a mixed room
• Write clearly and care about every word on the screen
• Have designed with or for AI, and have opinions on where it helps and where it gets in the way
• Care as much about what to leave out as what to add
Nice to have
• Experience designing conversational or chat-first products
• Familiarity with mutual funds, SIPs or personal finance in India
