Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role based in Noida. The Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable interfaces across Droot’s platforms and systems. Daily responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking to solve complex problems, creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets, and iterating based on feedback and data. The role involves translating business requirements and user needs into clear interaction flows and design specifications while maintaining consistency with design standards and guidelines. The Product Designer will also participate in usability testing, contribute to design documentation, and help evolve the design system for Droot’s product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Design skills with experience designing end-to-end digital products and complex workflows.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and problem-solving methods to translate business and user needs into usable solutions.
- Experience in User Research and UX Research, including user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights.
- Solid Visual Design capabilities, including layout, typography, color, and interaction design for web and mobile interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
- Understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise platforms is an advantage.
