We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer (3 – 6 yrs)
Looking to work on complex, high-impact products where design truly drives decisions? This could be a great fit. We’re on the lookout for a Product / UX Designer who can take ownership end-to-end — from shaping ideas to delivering polished experiences.
What you’ll do
• Own the full design lifecycle — discovery → ideation → execution → delivery
• Work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to shape product direction
• Simplify complex, ambiguous problems into intuitive user experiences
• Balance user needs with business and technical constraints
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and best practices
What we’re looking for
• 3–6 years of experience in UX/Product Design
• Strong experience across the complete product development lifecycle
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Strong UI craft and problem-solving ability
• Good product sense with deep user empathy
